    1. Bookkeeping, postings of chronological business issue and activities according to Chilean GAAP

    2. Maintenance of accounting records, journal of entry, general ledger, balance sheet, sales and purchase book, and auxiliary registers.

    3. Final year end adjustment due to monetary corrections.

    4. Preparation of profit and loss reports.

    5. Preparation of balance sheet.

    6. Preparation of financial reports.

    AREA

    1. Business and activities analysis of the taxpayer, in order to verify the compliance of tax regulations and laws, and the effect of any modification.

    2. Tax planning for the company, shareholders and owners.

    3. Preparation of the taxable profit fund (by software)

    4. Preparation of monthly tax declaration and payment form (Form 29 and 50)

    5. Preparation of yearly income tax declaration and payment form, for the company and shareholders

    6. Preparation of sworn statements (salaries, withholding tax, dividends etc.)

    7. Preparation of certificates related to previous task.

    8. Attention of received notification of the Tax Revenue Service.

    AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREA

    1. Payments services, for tax, pension funds and social security.

    2. Banking support and managing of bank account and bank conciliation

    3. Writing of administrative procedures for the information flow and accounting documents

    4. Review of administrative routines and procedures

    5. Preparation of cash flow.

    6. Participation in liabilities re-negotiations

    7. Preparation of financial statement in Spanish or English

    8. Preparation of financial statement for banks or third parties.

    9. Answering of question or surveys of public authorities or institutions.

    10. Attendance of corporate or external audits.

    1. Employee database maintenance and contracts

    2. Preparation of the payroll

    4. Preparation of salary register (stamped)
